Her shoes were too tight. And so was her room. And her life. To be honest everything felt tight and miserable on that Sunday morning. She wanted out. She did not want to wait in line before clocking in. She knew her turn would come someday. But Annie wanted that someday today. So she got rid of her shoes, put on a pair of used up jeans before snatching my fountain pen to write up her very own happy ending.
